Abre-nos, ó Senhor, o coração, / para ouvirmos a palavra de Jesus! (At 16,14) – Proclamação do Evangelho de Jesus Cristo segundo Mateus 13,47-53 – Naquele tempo, disse Jesus à multidão: 47“O Reino dos céus é ainda como uma rede lançada ao mar e que apanha peixes de todo tipo. 48Quando está cheia, os pescadores puxam a rede para a praia, sentam-se e recolhem os peixes bons em cestos e jogam fora os que não prestam. 49Assim acontecerá no fim dos tempos: os anjos virão para separar os homens maus dos que são justos 50e lançarão os maus na fornalha de fogo. E aí haverá choro e ranger de dentes. 51Compreendestes tudo isso?” Eles responderam: “Sim”. 52Então Jesus acrescentou: “Assim, pois, todo mestre da Lei que se torna discípulo do Reino dos céus é como um pai de família que tira do seu tesouro coisas novas e velhas”. 53Quando Jesus terminou de contar essas parábolas, partiu dali. – Palavra da salvação.

Open our hearts, O Lord, / to hear the word of Jesus! (Ac 16,14) - Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Matthew 13,47-53 - At that time, Jesus said to the crowd: 47 “The Kingdom of Heaven is still like a net cast into the sea and catching fish of all kinds . When it is full, the fishermen pull the net to the beach, sit down and collect the good fish in baskets and throw away the bad ones. 49So it will happen at the end of time: angels will come to separate evil men from those who are righteous, 50 and they will cast evil men into the furnace of fire. And then there will be crying and gnashing of teeth. 51 Did you understand all that? ” They replied: "Yes". 52Then Jesus added, "So then, every teacher of the Law who becomes a disciple of the Kingdom of Heaven is like a family man who takes from his treasures new and old things." 53When Jesus finished telling these parables, he left there. - Word of salvation.
Reflection
A busca do Reino supõe a prática da justiça e do amor. Cada pessoa toma consciência do bem e do mal e livremente faz sua escolha; com isso escolhe também o fim que a espera. O bem será recompensado por Deus, e o mal, condenado. Todo dia é tempo para pegar a estrada do bem. Especialista em Reino de Deus, o Mestre pede a seus discípulos e à Igreja para valorizarem a Palavra de Deus.
Reflection
The search for the Kingdom presupposes the practice of justice and love. Each person becomes aware of good and evil and freely makes his choice; with that it also chooses the end that awaits it. Good will be rewarded by God and evil will be condemned. Every day is time to hit the road of good. Specialist in the Kingdom of God, the Master asks his disciples and the Church to value the Word of God.
