Reflexão

Movido por sincera dúvida, o doutor da Lei faz a Jesus uma pergunta, cuja resposta parece óbvia e bem conhecida no mundo religioso da época. Jesus, entretanto, não foge da questão e diz que são dois os pilares da religião que agrada a Deus: amar a Deus acima de tudo e ao próximo como a si mesmo. São colunas inseparáveis, porque não se pode amar verdadeiramente a Deus sem amar o irmão, e o amor aos irmãos tem suas raízes no amor a Deus. O doutor da Lei confirma a prioridade dos dois mandamentos. Jesus elogia o doutor da Lei e o considera em condições para iniciar a caminhada no Reino de Deus. Não basta, de fato, conhecer os mandamentos. É necessário assumir a pessoa e os ensinamentos de Jesus, que é o primeiro a cumprir seriamente os projetos de Deus até as últimas consequências.

Reflection 

Moved by sincere doubt, the Doctor of the Law makes Jesus a question, whose answer seems obvious and well known in the religious world of the time. Jesus, however, does not flee the question and says that there are two pillars of religion that pleases God: to love God above all and to neighbour as himself. They Are inseparable columns, because they cannot truly love God without loving their brother, and love for the Brethren has their roots in the love of God. The Doctor of the LAW confirms the priority of the two commandments. Jesus praises the Doctor of the Law and considers him to be able to begin his journey in the Kingdom of God. It is Not enough, in fact, to know the commandments. It Is necessary to assume the person and the teachings of Jesus, who is the first to seriously fulfill God's projects to the last consequences.the delusion of seeing evil in even a good deed, practiced with a sincere heart.

Glória a vós, Senhor Jesus, / primogênito dentre os mortos! Convertei-vos, nos diz o Senhor, / está próximo o reino de Deus! (Mt 4,17) – Proclamação do evangelho de Jesus Cristo segundo Marcos 12,28-34 – Naquele tempo, 28um escriba aproximou-se de Jesus e perguntou: “Qual é o primeiro de todos os mandamentos?” 29Jesus respondeu: “O primeiro é este: Ouve, ó Israel! O Senhor nosso Deus é o único Senhor. 30Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo o teu coração, de toda a tua alma, de todo o teu entendimento e com toda a tua força! 31O segundo mandamento é: Amarás o teu próximo como a ti mesmo! Não existe outro mandamento maior do que estes”. 32O mestre da lei disse a Jesus: “Muito bem, mestre! Na verdade, é como disseste: ele é o único Deus e não existe outro além dele. 33Amá-lo de todo o coração, de toda a mente e com toda a força e amar o próximo como a si mesmo é melhor do que todos os holocaustos e sacrifícios”. 34Jesus viu que ele tinha respondido com inteligência e disse: “Tu não estás longe do reino de Deus”. E ninguém mais tinha coragem de fazer perguntas a Jesus. – Palavra da salvação.

Gospel

Listen, my people, because I am your God!
