Naquele tempo, Jesus se manifestou aos onze discípulos, 15 e disse-lhes: “Ide pelo mundo inteiro e anunciai o Evangelho a toda criatura! 16 Quem crer e for batizado será salvo. Quem não crer será condenado. 17 Os sinais que acompanharão aqueles que crerem serão estes: expulsarão demônios em meu nome, falarão novas línguas; 18 se pegarem em serpentes ou beberem algum veneno mortal não lhes fará mal algum; quando impuserem as mãos sobre os doentes, eles ficarão curados”

At that time, Jesus appeared to the eleven disciples, 15 and told them: "go out into the world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature. 16 Who believe and are baptized will be saved. Who does not believe will be condemned. 17 the signs will accompany those who believe will be these: my name shall they cast out demons, they will speak new languages; 18 if they catch in snakes or drink any deadly poison won't hurt them; When require hands on the sick, they will be cured "

Refletindo

É comum ouvirmos pessoas rezarem pela conversão dos pecadores, mas é muito difícil vermos alguém rezar pela própria conversão. Isso acontece porque a maioria das pessoas acha que não precisa de conversão porque não comete aqueles pecados que possuem matéria mais grave e vive com certa constância uma religiosidade. Porém o Evangelho de hoje nos mostra que ser verdadeiramente cristão significa participar ativamente na obra evangelizadora da Igreja a partir do envio que foi feito pelo próprio Jesus. Portanto, só é verdadeiramente convertido quem participa da missão evangelizadora da Igreja. Só uma pessoa que se converte, a cada dia, pode compreender que Deus nos leva e nos traz, Ele nos manda e nos puxa, porque não somos nós quem determinamos a vontade d’Ele, mas é essa vontade que ilumina aquilo que devemos fazer. Conversão é, acima de tudo, saber submeter-se à vontade de Deus.

Reflecting 
It is common to hear people pray for the conversion of sinners, but it is very difficult to see someone pray for their conversion.
