Eu não vim para chamar justos, mas sim pecadores - Mc 2, 13-17

Texto Bíblico

Naquele tempo, 13 Jesus saiu de novo para a beira mar. Toda a multidão ia a seu encontro, e Jesus os ensinava. 14 Enquanto passava, Jesus viu Levi, o filho de Alfeu, sentado na coletoria de impostos, e disse-lhe: “Segue-me!” Levi se levantou e o seguiu. 15 E aconteceu que, estando à mesa na casa de Levi, muitos cobradores de impostos e pecadores também estavam à mesa com Jesus e seus discípulos. Com efeito, eram muitos os que o seguiam. 16 Alguns doutores da Lei, que eram fariseus, viram que Jesus estava comendo com pecadores e cobradores de impostos. Então eles perguntaram aos discípulos: “Por que ele come com cobradores de impostos e pecadores?” 17 Tendo ouvido, Jesus respondeu-lhes: “Não são as pessoas sadias que precisam de médico, mas as doentes. Eu não vim para chamar justos, mas sim pecadores”.

Biblical Text 
At that time, 13 Jesus went out again to the sea. The whole crowd was going to meet him, and Jesus taught them. 14 while passing, Jesus saw Levi the son of Alphaeus, sitting at the tax collection of taxes, and said: "follow me!" So they asked his disciples, "why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?" 17 having heard, Jesus answered them: "there are people who need sound doctor, but the sick. Refletindo

Na nossa vida há muita coisa que vem para estragar o nosso interior, e a Palavra de Deus tem o poder de cortar e eliminar aquilo que não serve para nós; ela penetra até o nosso interior. Existem muitas coisas escondidas, há coisas que não tomamos nem consciência do mal que fazem, do que é negativo para a nossa vida. A Palavra de Deus penetra todas as coisas, atinge até o fundo do nosso interior. E quando nos deixamos levar e conduzir, ela vai penetrando as articulações, a medula, e todo o nosso ser é tocado pela Palavra de Deus. Abra o seu coração para a Palavra de Deus, deixe-se conduzir por ela, tenha tempo para ouvi-la, faça dela a palavra da sua vida. Nada é mais importante para alimentar a nossa vida espiritual e a nossa intimidade com Deus do que ter uma relação próxima com a Sua Palavra! Porque a Palavra de Deus é viva, poderosa e eficaz!
