 Aquele que vem do céu está acima de todos

He who comes from heaven is above all

1a.Leitura - At 5,27-33Naqueles dias, 27 eles levaram os apóstolos e os apresentaram ao Sinédrio. O sumo sacerdote começou a interrogá-los, 28 dizendo: “Nós tínhamos proibido expressamente que vós ensinásseis em nome de Jesus. Apesar disso, enchestes a cidade de Jerusalém com a vossa doutrina. E ainda nos quereis tornar responsáveis pela morte desse homem!” 29 Então Pedro e os outros apóstolos responderam: “É preciso obedecer a Deus, antes que aos homens. 30 O Deus de nossos pais ressuscitou Jesus, a quem vós matastes, pregando-o numa cruz. 31 Deus, por seu poder, o exaltou, tornando-o Guia Supremo e Salvador, para dar ao povo de Israel a conversão e o perdão dos seus pecados. 32 E disso somos testemunhas, nós e o Espírito Santo, que Deus concedeu àqueles que a Ele obedecem”. 33 Quando ouviram isto, ficaram furiosos e queriam matá-los.

1st Reading - At 5,27-33

Evangelho - Jo 3,31-36

31 “Aquele que vem do alto está acima de todos. O que é da terra, pertence à terra e fala das coisas da terra. Aquele que vem do céu está acima de todos. 32 Dá testemunho daquilo que viu e ouviu, mas ninguém aceita o seu testemunho. 33 Quem aceita o seu testemunho atesta que Deus é verdadeiro. 34 De fato, aquele que Deus enviou fala as palavras de Deus, porque Deus lhe dá o espírito sem medida. 35 O Pai ama o Filho e entregou tudo em sua mão. 36 Aquele que acredita no Filho possui a vida eterna. Aquele, porém, que rejeita o Filho não verá a vida, pois a ira de Deus permanece sobre ele”.

Gospel - Mc 16, 15-20

31 "he who comes from above is above all. What is the earth belongs to the Earth and speaks of the things of the Earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 bears witness of what we saw and heard, but no one will accept your testimony. 33 Who accept your testimony attests that God is true. 34 indeed, that which God has sent speaks the words of God, because God gives the spirit without measure. 35 the father loves the Son and gave everything in your hand. 36 one who believes in the son has eternal life. That, however, that rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him. "
 

Refletindo o Evangelho

Ninguém pode nos proibir de pregar o Evangelho, ninguém pode nos proibir de vivê-lo. Se há lugares que não se pode falar, países que não permitem, tudo bem! Mas pregaremos do nosso jeito, da nossa maneira e criaremos, pela inteligência e sabedoria divina, meios de pregar o Evangelho, respeitando a individualidade e a liberdade de escolha de cada um. Entretanto, a liberdade leva a pessoa a ter a condição de saber se pode escolher isso ou não. Todos têm o direito de conhecer Jesus, de saber quem Ele é, ouvir o que Ele tem como proposta de vida e salvação. Acolher ou não a verdade de Jesus é um direito da pessoa, cada um é livre para acolher o Evangelho ou não! Porém, ninguém pode tirar o nosso direito de crer em Jesus, de ouvir a Sua mensagem e O aceitar como nosso Senhor e Salvador. Outra coisa: nenhum de nós pode obedecer leis que favoreçam práticas que não são de acordo com nossa fé, de acordo com aquilo que cremos e acreditamos. Sabemos que há, em muitos países [no nosso país não é diferente], leis que não favorecem a vida, a prática de vida cristã, e não somos obrigados a oferecer tais leis. Não somos rebeldes civis, mas não podemos fazer aquilo que contraria o que cremos e acreditamos. Precisamos anunciar e proclamar Jesus. Podemos e devemos dizer ao mundo aquilo que Ele fez e faz em nossa vida. Devemos levar aos outros o modo de vida que cremos e acreditamos!

Reflecting the Gospel

No one can forbid us to preach the Gospel, no one can forbid us to live it. If there are places that cannot speak, countries that do not allow. But a nasty trick our way, our way and we will create, by intelligence and divine wisdom, preach the Gospel, respecting the individuality and freedom of choice. However, freedom takes the person to have the condition of whether can choose it or not. Everyone has the right to know Jesus, to know who He is, hear what he has as a proposal of life and salvation. Accepting or not the truth of Jesus is a person's right, each one is free to embrace the Gospel or not. However, no one can take away our right to believe in Jesus, to listen to their message and accept as our Lord and Savior. Another thing: none of us can obey laws that promote practices that are not in accordance with our faith, according to what we believe and we believe. We know that, in many countries [in our country is no different], laws that do not favor the life, the practice of Christian life, and we are not obliged to offer such laws. We're not insurgents civilians, but we cannot do that which is contrary to what we believe and we believe. We need to announce and proclaim Jesus. We can and should tell the world what he did and does in our lives. Should we bring to others the way of life that we believe and we believe!
