1st Reading - Gn 1,1–2,2
In those days, 34th Pedro took the floor and said: 37 "you know what has happened throughout Judea, Galilee, after the baptism John preached: 38 as Jesus of Nazareth was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit and with power. He's been everywhere, doing good and healing all who were dominated by the devil; because God was with him. 39 and we are witnesses of all that Jesus did in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him, nailing him on a cross. 40 But God raised him on the third day, granting him manifest 41não to all the people, but to witnesses that God had chosen: to us, that we eat and drink with Jesus after resurrection of the dead. 42 and Jesus commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that God was the Judge of the living and the dead. 43 all the prophets give his testimony: "everyone who believes in Jesus receives, in your name, the forgiveness of sins".
