 Amarás o Senhor teu Deus - Mt 12,28b-34

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God - Mt 12, 28b-34

Texto Bíblico

Naquele tempo, 28b Um mestre da Lei, aproximou-se de Jesus e perguntou: 'Qual é o primeiro de todos os mandamentos?' 29 Jesus respondeu: 'O primeiro é este: Ouve, ó Israel! O Senhor nosso Deus é o único Senhor. 30 Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo o teu coração, de toda a tua alma, de todo o teu entendimento e com toda a tua força! 31 O segundo mandamento é: Amarás o teu próximo como a ti mesmo! Não existe outro mandamento maior do que estes'. 32 O mestre da Lei disse a Jesus: 'Muito bem, Mestre! Na verdade, é como disseste: Ele é o único Deus e não existe outro além dele. 33 Amá-lo de todo o coração, de toda a mente, e com toda a força, e amar o próximo como a si mesmo é melhor do que todos os holocaustos e sacrifícios'. 34 Jesus viu que ele tinha respondido com inteligência, e disse: 'Tu não estás longe do Reino de Deus'. E ninguém mais tinha coragem de fazer perguntas a Jesus.

Biblical Text 
At that time, A master of law, 28b approached Jesus and asked: ' what is the first of all the commandments? ' 29 Jesus answered: ' the first is this: hear, o Israel! The Lord our God is one Lord. 30 you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength! 31 the second commandment is, thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is no other commandment greater than these. 32 the master of Law said to Jesus: ' well, master! Actually, it's like you said: He is the only God and there is no other besides him. 33 love him with all my heart, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself is better than all burnt offerings and sacrifices. 34 Jesus saw that he had answered intelligently, and said: ' you are not far from the Kingdom of God '. And no one else had the courage to ask questions to Jesus.

Refletindo

Não busque a Deus de forma mercantilista, interesseira; não busque o Senhor para satisfazer seus interesses, suas necessidades econômicas, físicas, materiais etc. Não busque o Senhor por causa disso. Se o fizer, isso não quer dizer que você não vai encontrá-Lo, porque Deus se deixa encontrar por quem O procura de coração sincero. Você pode até encontrá-Lo somente a partir de seus interesses, mas não O encontrará a partir daquilo que Ele é. Busque o Senhor somente por causa d’Ele. Não coloque condições para amar a Deus, não diga: “Eu vou amar a Deus, porque Ele me deu isso, porque vai me dar aquilo! Eu vou amar a Deus, porque Ele vai me abençoar! Eu vou ganhar o que eu preciso! Ele vai dar a saúde de que eu necessito!”. Não faça isso, mas ame a Deus, porque é Deus, e simplesmente por causa disso. Tudo o que vir em consequência do meu amor por Ele é apenas acréscimo, mas eu não me conformo nem posso colocar meu coração nos acréscimos. Eu coloco meu coração na essência do amor de Deus. Por isso, amá-Lo de todo o coração é buscá-Lo por causa d’Ele e por nada mais! Não posso, de forma nenhuma, mercantilizar a minha relação com Deus, não posso deixar de servir nem deixar de ser d’Ele ou menos d’Ele, porque me decepcionei com as pessoas, com a Igreja, com o ser humano, com o padre, com o pastor, etc. Seja lá com quem for! Você não entendeu nada do que é amar a Deus sobre todas as coisas, com todas as nossas energias. Esse é o amor puro, amor que nos salva, que nos coloca perto do Senhor. Não há doença, enfermidade, sofrimento, situação financeira, angústia, seja lá o que for, que nos separe d’Ele! Eu aprendo amar a Deus, porque Ele é meu Deus, o Senhor da minha vida, e não por aquilo que Ele me dá, que me oferece, que pode fazer por mim; não é porque está me prometendo isso e aquilo. Eu encontrei, de verdade, o amor de Deus na minha vida. Assim, vou amar o meu próximo, assim terei força, energia, graça divina para amar o meu próximo por mais que ele me fira, machuque-me. Porque eu não vou amá-lo com meu amor egoísta, eu vou amá-lo com o amor que vem de Deus.

So love him with all my heart is to pick him up because of him and nothing else! I can't, in any way, commercialize my relationship with God, I must serve not stop being him or less from him, because I was disappointed with the people, with the Church, with the human being, with the priest, pastor, etc. Whoever you are! You don't understand what it's like to love God above all things, with all our energies. This is pure love, love that saves us, that puts us close to the Lord. There is no disease, sickness, suffering, anguish, financial situation, whatever it is, that separates us from him. I learn to love God, because He is my God, the Lord of my life, and not for what he gives me, that offers me, you can do for me; It's not because you're promising this and that. I found, in fact, the love of God in my life. So, I'm going to love my neighbor, so I'm going to have strength, energy, divine grace to love my neighbor as much as it hurt me, hurt me. Because I love him with my selfish love, I will love you with the love that comes from God.
