Evangelho
22Enquanto comiam, Jesus tomou o pão e, tendo pronunciado a bênção, partiu-o e entregou-lhes, dizendo: “Tomai, isto é o meu corpo”. 23Em seguida, tomou o cálice, deu graças, entregou-lhes, e todos beberam dele.

Gospel
Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Mark 14,12-16.22-26 – 12On the first day of the Unleavened, when the Passover lamb was sacrificed, the disciples said to Jesus: "Where do you want us to make preparations to eat the Passover?" 13Jesus then sent two of his disciples and said to them: “Go into the city. A man carrying a water jug will come to meet you. Follow him 14and say to the master of the house he enters: 'The Master says, 'Where is the room in which I am going to eat the Passover with my disciples?' 15Then he will show you, upstairs, a large room, arranged with cushions. Then you will make the preparations for us!” 16The disciples left and went into the city. They found everything as Jesus had said and prepared the Passover. 22While they were eating, Jesus took the bread and, having said the blessing, he broke it and gave it to them, saying: "Take, this is my body." 23Then he took the cup, gave thanks, gave it to them, and they all drank from it. 24Jesus told them: “This is my blood, the blood of the covenant, which is shed for many. 25Truly I say to you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine until the day when I drink the new wine in the Kingdom of God”. 25After they had sung the hymn, they went to the Mount of Olives. – Word of salvation.
