Proclamação do Evangelho de Jesus Cristo segundo Marcos 11,11-26 – Tendo sido aclamado pela multidão, 11Jesus entrou no templo, em Jerusalém, e observou tudo. Mas, como já era tarde, saiu para Betânia com os Doze. 12No dia seguinte, quando saíam de Betânia, Jesus teve fome. 13De longe, ele viu uma figueira coberta de folhas e foi até lá ver se encontrava algum fruto. Quando chegou perto, encontrou somente folhas, pois não era tempo de figos. 14Então Jesus disse à figueira: “Que ninguém mais coma de teus frutos”. E os discípulos escutaram o que ele disse. 15Chegaram a Jerusalém. Jesus entrou no templo e começou a expulsar os que vendiam e os que compravam no templo. Derrubou as mesas dos cambistas e as cadeiras dos vendedores de pombas. 16Ele não deixava ninguém carregar nada através do templo. 17E ensinava o povo, dizendo: “Não está escrito: ‘Minha casa será chamada casa de oração para todos os povos’? No entanto, vós fizestes dela uma toca de ladrões”. 18Os sumos sacerdotes e os mestres da Lei ouviram isso e começaram a procurar uma maneira de o matar. Mas tinham medo de Jesus, porque a multidão estava maravilhada com o ensinamento dele. 19Ao entardecer, Jesus e os discípulos saíram da cidade. 20Na manhã seguinte, quando passavam, Jesus e os discípulos viram que a figueira tinha secado até a raiz. 21Pedro lembrou-se e disse a Jesus: “Olha, mestre, a figueira que amaldiçoaste secou”. 22Jesus lhes disse: “Tende fé em Deus. 23Em verdade vos digo, se alguém disser a esta montanha: ‘Levanta-te e atira-te no mar’, e não duvidar no seu coração, mas acreditar que isso vai acontecer, assim acontecerá. 24Por isso vos digo, tudo o que pedirdes na oração, acreditai que já o recebestes, e assim será. 25Quando estiverdes rezando, perdoai tudo o que tiverdes contra alguém, para que vosso Pai que está nos céus também perdoe os vossos pecados”.[26] – Palavra da salvação.

Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Mark 11,11-26 - Having been acclaimed by the crowd, 11Jesus entered the temple in Jerusalem and observed everything. But, as it was late, he left for Bethany with the Twelve. 12The next day, when they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13From a distance, he saw a fig tree covered with leaves and went over there to see if there was any fruit. When he got close, he found only leaves, as it was not the time for figs. 14Then Jesus said to the fig tree: “Let no one else eat your fruit”. And the disciples heard what he said. 15They arrived in Jerusalem. Jesus entered the temple and began to drive out those who sold and those who bought in the temple. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the chairs of the pigeon sellers. 16He would not let anyone carry anything through the temple. 17And he taught the people, saying, “Is it not written:‘ My house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples ’? However, you have made it a den of thieves ”. 18The high priests and teachers of the Law heard this and began to look for a way to kill him. But they were afraid of Jesus, because the crowd was amazed by his teaching. 19At dusk, Jesus and the disciples left the city. 20The next morning, as they passed by, Jesus and the disciples saw that the fig tree had withered to the roots. 21Peter remembered and said to Jesus: “Look, master, the fig tree you cursed has dried up”. 22Jesus said to them, “Have faith in God. 23Truly I say to you, if anyone says to this mountain: 'Get up and throw yourself into the sea', and do not doubt in your heart, but believe that it will happen, it will happen. 24Therefore, I say to you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have already received it, and it will be so. 25When you are praying, forgive everything you have against someone, so that your Father in heaven will also forgive your sins. ”[26] - Word of salvation.

Para rezar

Jesus, Tu procuras figos e só encontras viçosas folhas: imagem do templo, que não produz os frutos esperados. Então, fazes uma limpeza, retirando do templo o que indicava abuso da “casa de oração para todos”. Transforme meu coração em um templo puro Senhor. Amém.

To Pray

Jesus, you look for figs and you only find lush leaves: image of the temple, which does not produce the expected fruits. Then, you clean up, removing from the temple what indicated abuse of the “house of prayer for all”. Turn my heart into a temple pure Lord. Amen.
