Proclamação do Evangelho de Jesus Cristo segundo João 14,27-31 – Naquele tempo, disse Jesus a seus discípulos: 27″Deixo-vos a paz, a minha paz vos dou; mas não a dou como o mundo. Não se perturbe nem se intimide o vosso coração. 28Ouvistes que eu vos disse: ‘Vou, mas voltarei a vós’. Se me amásseis, ficaríeis alegres porque vou para o Pai, pois o Pai é maior do que eu. 29Disse-vos isso agora, antes que aconteça, para que, quando acontecer, vós acrediteis. 30Já não falarei muito convosco, pois o chefe deste mundo vem. Ele não tem poder sobre mim, 31mas, para que o mundo reconheça que eu amo o Pai, eu procedo conforme o Pai me ordenou”. – Palavra da salvação.

Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to John 14,27-31 - At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: 27 ″ I leave you peace, my peace I give you; but I don’t give it like the world. Do not be disturbed or intimidated by your heart. 28You heard that I said to you, 'I will go, but I will return to you'. If you loved me, you would be happy because I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than me. 29 I have said this to you now, before it happens, so that when it happens, you will believe. 30I will no longer speak to you much, for the chief of this world is coming. He has no power over me, but, for the world to recognize that I love the Father, I do as the Father has commanded me ”. - Word of salvation.

Jesus, de coração aberto, acolhemos o dom da Tua paz, aquela paz que afasta o medo e garante a serenidade interior. Ó Mestre, fonte da verdadeira paz, faz que sejamos construtores de paz e da convivência humana. Amém.

Jesus, with an open heart, we welcome the gift of Your peace, that peace that removes fear and guarantees inner serenity. O Master, source of true peace, make us builders of peace and human coexistence. Amen.
