Tu, segue-me!.
You, follow me!

1a.Leitura - At 28,16-20.30-31

1st Reading At 28,16-20.30-31
Reading the acts of the Apostles.
16 when we entered into Rome, Paul was allowed to live in a private house, with a soldier guarding him. 17 3 days later, Paul called upon the leaders of the Jews. When they were reunited, told them: "brethren, I didn't do anything against our people, or against the traditions of our ancestors. However, I came to Jerusalem as a prisoner and thus was delivered into the hands of the Romans. 18 Questioned by them in court and in the absence of anything in me that deserves death, they wanted to let me go. 19 but Jews opposed and I was compelled to appeal to Caesar, without any intention to accuse my nation. 20 which is why I asked to see you and talk to you, because I'm loading these cuffs exactly because of the hope of Israel ". 30 Paul lived two years in a rented house. He received all that they were looking for, 31 preaching the Kingdom of God. With all the courage and without obstacles, he taught the things referred to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Evangelho
-
Jo 21,20-25

Gospel - Jo 21,20-25
At that time, 20 Peter turned and saw behind that other disciple that Jesus loved, even if reclinara on the breast of Jesus during the last supper and ask him: "Sir, who's going to deliver?" 21 when Peter saw that disciple asked Jesus: "Lord, what will become of this?" 22 Jesus answered: "If I want him to remain till I come, what does it matter? You, follow me! " 23 Then, ran between the disciples the news that that disciple would not die. Jesus said that he would not die, but simply: "If I want him to remain till I come, what do you care?" 24 This is the disciple who testifies to these things and wrote them; and we know that your testimony is true. 25 Jesus did many other things, but if they were all written, I don't think it would fit in the world the books that should be written.

Refletindo o Evangelho
Pense nisso.

Reflecting the Gospel
"Excellence is to do something common to uncommon way." (Booker Washington) Have you ever had the feeling of never being satisfied with what you do? Impression that you do all dirty work and nobody recognizes you for it? So join me in this reflection on a vulture and a hummingbird! The Vulture is a bird to which we attach a few things related to the Jinx. However, if we understand the infinite wisdom of the creator of the universe, we realize that it is the one of the most important missions Vulture of nature. It is the responsibility of the vulture, feeding off carrion, to rid the world of animal bodies rot. He don't eat the meat of dead animals for pleasure, but to accomplish your task is to clean up the world. But in our eyes it's nothing graceful your existence. On the other hand, we were delighted on the beauty of a hummingbird, balancing on a flower to suck her what she has more tasty, your Nectar. See that contradiction. The Hummingbird to leave this life, tomba in every corner, and finalizing your existence, then becomes food for the vulture. The vulture by your time, to end your mission, travels to rocky islands or other isolated places not to contaminate the environment with your decomposition. Now, make a reflection, to compare in human life, with "vultures" and "Hummingbirds". How many people can fit in this life, the tough mission of vulture and depending on your mission, do not get us the due recognition and respect, not seen with good eyes, or show them the proper gratitude. The "Hummingbirds" who live by sucking the nectar of society, fit the applause and spotlights. See many professions as: Garis, caretakers, nannies, nurses, policemen and even teachers, you have your mission of "vulture". While much has a political existence of colibri, with his tirades, sucking the nectar of society, getting your applause. So, I tell you today, when you feel a little Vulture. Remember that your life has a noble reason and was wisely chosen by the creator of the universe. Today my applause goes to the VULTURE. Think about it.
