Do you think I have come to bring peace upon the Earth?
O fogo do Espírito infundirá vida e dinamismo nos seguidores de Jesus, que vão continuar o que ele começou. E o projeto de Jesus, selado com seu sangue na cruz, vem abalar os fundamentos da sociedade. Jesus rompe com a falsa paz e quem aceita a novidade do Reino de Deus, assume a prática do amor, tão revolucionária que acaba provocando divisões até mesmo entre familiares. Já o velho Simeão anunciava: “Este menino será… um sinal de contradição” (Lc2,34).
