“Levanta-te e vai! Tua fé te salvou”.
"Get up and go! Your faith has saved you".

1a. Leitura - Sabedoria 6,1-11
11 Portanto, desejai ardentemente minhas palavras, amai-as e sereis instruídos. – Palavra do Senhor.

1st Reading - Wisdom 6,1-11
Reading the book of wisdom - 1 Hearken, o ye Kings, and understand. Instruct you, Governors of the ends of the Earth! 2 pay attention, ye dominais the crowds and you take pride in the number of your subjects. 3 Because the power has been given by the Lord, and sovereignty, by the most high. It is he who will examine your works and will poll your intentions; 4 Although you are in the service of your Kingdom, thought not with righteousness, nor observastes, nor law were as the will of God. 5 therefore, he will fall suddenly upon you, so awful, because a ruthless trial will be done on the powerful. 6 the small can be forgiven for mercy, but the powerful will be examined with power. 7 the Lord of all will not fall back before anyone will even impress for greatness, because the small and the great, it was he who made them, and your Providence is the same for all; 8 but, for the powerful, the judgment will be harsh. 9 you therefore, rulers are my words, so that ye may learn wisdom and come not to stumble. 10 those who faithfully observe the Holy things be justified; and those who learn will find your defense. 11 so ardently desire my words, love them and you will be instructed. -The word of the Lord.

Evangelho - Lucas 17,11-19

Gospel - Luke 17,11-19
Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Luke - 11 Happened that, on the road to Jerusalem, Jesus passed between Samaria and Galilee. When I was 12 to enter a village, ten lepers came to your date. Stopped 13 distance and shouted: "Jesus, master, have mercy on us!" 14 To see them, Jesus said, "go meet the priests". As they walked, it came to pass that they were healed. 15 1 of them, realizing that he was healed, returned glorifying God with a loud voice; 16 threw himself at the feet of Jesus with her face to the ground and thanked him. And this was a Samaritan. 17 then Jesus asked him, "were not ten healed? And the other nine, where are they? 18 there was no who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner? " 19 and he said to him: "get up and go! Your faith has saved you ". -The word of salvation.

Refletindo o Evangelho

Reflecting the Gospel
The severity of the disease (leprosy) makes the gesture of the therapist (Jesus) and stresses the disregard of most recipients. Considered contagious, leprosy kept their carriers out of human coexistence. However, the ten lepers remain at a distance and ask for the compassion of Jesus, that requires a leap of faith: no yet be healed, that the priests; These will prove the veracity of the cure. On the way, the ten are cleansed of the disease, but only one returns "glorifying God", and does it "in a loud voice," so that all participate in your joy and become aware of the power of God. He was a Samaritan. Prostrate, confirming your faith in Jesus. And the other nine? No longer hear from the lips of the Master the coronation of healing: "get up and go! Your faith saved him ".

🇧🇷 Liturgia Diária 13/11/2017 🇺🇸 Daily Liturgy 11/13/2017

Senhor, aumentai a nossa fé!
Lord, increase our faith!

1a. Leitura - Sabedoria 1,1-7
– Palavra do Senhor.

1st Reading - Sirac 1,1-7
Start of the book of Sirac - 1 love justice, you who are governing the Earth; tends good feelings toward the Lord and seek it with simplicity of heart. 2 he lets you find the ones that don't require evidence and manifests itself to those who trust in him. 3 because the evil thoughts away from God; and your power, put to the test, confuses the foolish. 4 the wisdom you've been in a soul who plot evil don't even live in a body subject to sin. 5 the Holy Spirit, that teaches, flees the cunning, stay away from foolish thoughts and retracts when injustice befalls. 6 in fact, wisdom is the spirit who loves men, but does not leave unpunished who commits blasphemy with their own lips, because God is witness of their thoughts, investigates your heart according to the truth and keeps listening of your tongue; 7 because the spirit of the Lord fills the whole earth, keeps together all things and is aware of everything that is said. -The word of the Lord.

Evangelho - Lucas 17,1-6

Gospel - Luke 16,9-15
Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Luke-1 at that time, Jesus said to his disciples: "it is inevitable that happen scandals. But woe to him who produces scandals! 2 it would be better for him that a millstone drool all over her neck and play in the sea than offend one of these little ones. 3 pay attention: If your brother sins, rebuke him. If he made a convert, forgive him. 4 If he sins against you seven times in one day and seven times he comes to you, saying, ' I'm sorry ', you must forgive him ". 5 the Apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith!" 6 the Lord answered: "if ye had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ' take you out and plant yourself in the sea ', and you obey". -The word of salvation.

Refletindo o Evangelho
Não é automático: “Já peguei, Deus me perdoou”.

Reflecting the Gospel
Three teachings of Jesus. Well our practical everyday life, to our relationships and what we live in society. The first is to prevent the scandal. What's the scandal? It's what we do and because sin in another and leads to sin. We should by all means avoid scandalizing the other, having behaviors and attitudes that don't build the next, i.e. it takes vigilance over our actions, about what we do. Many may think: "the other has nothing to do with my life". Has! If our mission is to testify, we cannot be against testimony of the Gospel, what we believe and we believe. The second thing is the need of forgiveness, as a fundamental rule of life. Here's a very important thing: don't you ever get tired of God forgive us, he never denies his forgiveness, when sorry let's get forgiveness. Only there is no forgiveness for sin that is not mourned. If you do not repent of that sin, he is not forgiven. Is not automatic: "I got, God forgave me." It's not like that! We need to repent and seek forgiveness of God contrition, and He will give us. And the third is the faith we live it if we watered and care by faith. She can be as small as a mustard seed, but no matter the size, what matters is that we have faith. With the faith we live correctly, fair; We will have the strength to forgive and avoid scandal, because the faith directs, governs and directs our steps. Feed our faith to live and give a real her testimony, not to be the cause of someone, and Yes, with the aid of faith we forgive each other.

Amém! – Palavra do Senhor.

Reading from the letter of Saint Paul to the Romans – brothers 3 greet Prisca and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus, 4 which exposed to your own life to save mine. So, I'm grateful; not only I but also all the churches of the pagan world. 5 Greet also the Church that meets at their house. Greet my highly esteemed Epêneto, part of the first fruits of Asia for Christ. 6 Greet Mary, who has worked a lot in your benefit. 7 Greet Andronicus and Júnias, my relatives and fellow prisoners, remarkable Apostles have become disciples of Christ before me. 8 Greet Ampliato, whom I appreciate very much in the Lord. 9 Greet urban, our collaborator in Christ, and my dearest Estáquis. 16 Greet one another with a Holy kiss. All the churches of Christ salute you. 22 I greet you I, Tertius, I write this epistle, in the Lord. 23 salutes you Fall, my guest and of the whole Church. 24 Welcomes you Erastus, Treasurer of the city, and the Fourth brother. 25 glory be given to the one who has the power to confirm fidelity to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret forever. 26 Now that mystery has been manifested by the prophetic Scriptures and, as determination of the Eternal God, was brought to the attention of all Nations, to bring them to the obedience of faith. 27 to him, the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, the glory, forever and ever. Amen! -The word of the Lord.

Evangelho - Lucas 16,9-15

Gospel - Luke 16,9-15
Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Luke-at that time, Jesus said to his disciples: 9 "Use the money unfair to make friends, because when it's over, they will receive in eternal abodes. 10 Who is faithful in little things is also faithful in large, and who is unfair in small is also unfair in large. 11 so if you're not faithful in the use of money unfair, who you will trust the true good? 12 and if ye are not faithful in what is the other, who will give you that which is your own? 13 no one can serve two masters, because either a hate and love the other, or cling to one and despise the other. You can't serve God and money. " 14 the Pharisees, who were friends of money, heard all this and laugh at Jesus. 15Então Jesus told them: "You like to seem righteous before men, but God knows your hearts. In fact, what is important for men is detestable to God ". -The word of salvation.

Refletindo o Evangelho
“O Senhor detesta o arrogante” (Pr 16,5). Escolha sábia é usar o dinheiro para criar verdadeira fraternidade humana.

Reflecting the Gospel
Jesus recommends the correct use of the money to live honestly. Money can corrupt. So, be careful with your administration. Who diverts small sum is able to divert large sums. Society, unfortunately, is full of bad examples of corruption like that! Money can become a seductive and take the place of God. Now, with God is impossible any kind of competition. He is the only Lord. Against the Pharisees, "friends with money," Jesus warns, because nourish another form of greed, that is, build up compliance works thinking purchase with them, God rights or rights to the reward of God and the esteem of men. "The Lord hates the arrogant" (Pr 16.5). Wise choice is to use the money to create true human brotherhood.

Need to manage time and the time and the assets in fair measure.

1a. Leitura - Romanos 15,14-21
– Palavra do Senhor.

1st Reading - Romans 15,14-21
Reading from the letter of Saint Paul to the Romans - 14 my brothers, for my part, I am convinced, about you, that you have enough goodness and science, in such a way that you may admonish one another. 15 However, in some passages, I write with a certain audacity, how to revive your memory, because of the grace that God gave me. 16 For this grace I was made Minister of Jesus Christ among the heathen and consecrated the Gospel of God, server for the pagans to become an offering accepted, sanctified in the Holy Spirit. 17 I have therefore this glory in Jesus Christ with regard to the service of God: 18 I dare not speak otherwise from what Christ has accomplished through me, to bring the Gentiles to the obedience of faith, by Word and by action, 19 by signs and wonders in the power of the spirit of God. So, I preached the Gospel of Christ, since Jerusalem and surroundings to the Illyria, 20 taking care to preach only where Christ still had not been announced, so it won't happen I build on a foundation of others. 21 Acting this way, I agree with what is written: "Those to whom he never announced summer; those who had not heard of him you will understand ". -The word of the Lord.

Evangelho - Lucas 16,1-8
O administrador disse: ‘Pega a tua conta, senta-te depressa e escreve cinquenta!’ 7 Depois ele perguntou a outro: ‘E tu, quanto deves?’ Ele respondeu: ‘Cem medidas de trigo’. O administrador disse: ‘Pega tua conta e escreve oitenta’. 8 E o senhor elogiou o administrador desonesto, porque ele agiu com esperteza.

Gospel - John 2,13-22
Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Luke-at that time, 1 Jesus told his disciples: "a man Rico was an administrator who was accused of wasting his possessions. 2 He called him and said to him: ' What is this I hear about you? Reports of your administration, since you can't manage my assets '. 3 the administrator then began to reflect: ' will you take me off the Board. What am I going to do? To dig, I have no strength; to beg, I'm ashamed. 4 Oh! I know what to do, for someone to get in your House when I go away from the administration. 5 So he called every one of them that were owing your boss. And he asked the first, ' how much do you owe my master? ' 6 He answered: ' one hundred barrels of oil! ' The Administrator said, ' Take your Bill, sit down quickly and write 50! ' 7 After he asked another: ' and you, how much do you owe? ' He replied: ' a hundred measures of wheat. The Manager said: ' Take your account and write 80 '. 8 and the Lord commended the dishonest administrator, because he acted with wit. Indeed, the children of this world are smarter in their business than the children of light ". -The word of salvation.

Refletindo o Evangelho

Reflecting the Gospel
A dishonest administrator who acts with cleverness. His dishonesty is squandering the assets of the employer (attitude of injustice), and not really in debt relief. This was a Commission to fit by law and that he could use as well understood. What's praises, in any case, it's not dishonesty, always abominable. What if I want to highlight is the wit of the administrator, in order not to be on the street when fired. Jesus warns that the bad guys (the sons of this world) "are smarter in dealing with your people than the children of light". A parable shocking, able to move with the brio of every Christian. Given that we are children of the light, we have to manage the time and the goods of this world in just measure, as the values of the Kingdom.
